SUCCESSFUL COMPLETION OF PRIVATE PLACEMENT
Vancouver, British Columbia, November 28, 2016 (CSE: BTH) – Breathtec Biomedical, Inc., (“Breathtec” or the “Company”) is pleased to announce that it is has completed a non-brokered private placement financing raising $1,087,400 by the issuance of 14,498,664 units at $0.075 per unit. Each unit consists of one common share (“Share”) and one transferable, common share purchase warrant (“Warrant”). Each Warrant will entitle the holder to purchase an additional Share at $0.15 for a period of three years from the date of closing.
$1,087,400 for 14,498,664 Units
Still Un-Exercised is the 14,498,664 Warrants which should bring $2,174,799
But those Last 28,997,328 counting Warrants is more than the 25,000,000 they have left
You said you were going to buy in that last Private Placement - You bought yours the .15 BTH Warrants

Company may need Cash but if .15 BTH Warrants can’t even get bought so what do you want them to do a New Placement for?
