Looks like there is another $5.8million in office space, that is for sale in the adjacent lots to complete this huge project. So, is that part of what we "new" investors are paying for? To buy the land? If this is the case, Coachella Brands Inc better be part of LVVV, right?
Maybe this should be considered a sort of REVERSE MERGER, where Coachella Brands Inc is what we physically own. I love real estate.
