Thanks Yankee, those 2 are a great match for the more technical higher end products. But who knows when it comes to mundane applications like clothing where the margins aren’t so tight . I think that the monster silk applications are ready to go as soon as we sign in Vietnam. Just waiting on Vietnam imo. This announcement couldn’t come soon enough!!
The ONLY way WM does anything with KBLB is if Kim and Jon can ever give them a lot of silk to make stuff with. And it has to be of consistent quality. Kim and Jon can’t even get simple ballistic shootpacks made. They are incompetent and wasting time. They better come out with shootpack fabric this week. AmSilk is making cosmetics and biocoatings, Bolt Threads has made and sold silk ties, and Kim and Jon haven’t been able to make shootpacks for over a year. It’s a square of fabric to shoot at. The pathetic thing is a bunch of kids at BYU made a ballistic origami shield with Kevlar and we can’t even make a shootpack for testing for our only “customer”. C’mon.
