There is nothing incomplete in the GME reports if you read them you will see this.

Also we spent a lot of time surveying off shore waiting on permits from the State as they are not even tho this is what they are paid to do. in paper work.

My statement is correct 5 days to survey 3 sq miles, in the first few areas we did take a little longer as we were getting the system down for that area, also some days are shorter do to storms
But as a rule Today it takes 5 10 hours days on site to do 3 square miles "PERIOD"

I will say again 14 reports and several other reports turned in to Florida and not one complaint until we found something
