I get the fact couple million JPM threw in Q4 is peanuts to them. Thats not the point. Dont disagree they potentially came in to prop up so cronies could sell higher. Why so sloppy though? Why trigger the 5% threshold so everyone knows that you are in on it? They could’ve dispatched a couple of hedge funds via caymans, or bought just under 5%. JPM can be deposed now in court as well since its public knowledge.

I think JPM needs to take the stand since they refuse to comment on Banro or challenge the BK. Are they not the largest equity holder now? All bought in Q4? Id like to hear what they have to say in front of a judge.
