no one will buy this at .0004, you can sell it right back to the market at .0003 instantly. The market will always buy back your shares but only at the bid price. Thats why im waiting to see if this thing will ever hit .001 again so i can sell back to the market at the bid at .0009 so i dont have to wait for other investor to buy my share which can take weeks or longer depend on demand. if you trying to sell it at the ASK price now then you will have to wait for this to hit .0005+ so the bid will hit .0004+ for it to sell to other investor, but for stock/company like this, you'll be lucky if someone buy your shares at the ASK price.
