Yes, your concerns are valid based on 10k, especially when it comes to long term investment if there was no significant improvements through 2018 however there are things that I found interesting enough to grab some lottery tickets at this 52wk low and wait and watch more developments. As of now they have almost $16mln cash which gives them year+ to operate so that buys us time to just sit and wait and watch.. CHFS understand they have to boost sales and they are working on it. They attend conferences to get exposure. Within last couple of months or so they added people experienced in sales and marketing.
OS is very small and pps jumps like crazy on any update. Just think what would happen if CHFS drops news that they sign some exclusive contract which generates x amount of revenue .. this type of news can change pps over night and deliver huge gains and yes, based on new developments this is their priority, they are working on it, and anything is possible.
The truth is that if they were net positive, you would never be able to buy CHFS at this pps...
