The AS was already increased to 10B shares from 1.5B shares on February 28, 2018. We need to check with the TA to find out how many new shares were already diluted into the New OS and New float, not into the New AS since 02/28? The 10B shares of Giant New AS entitles the company to dilute 8.5B (8,500,000,000) more New shares besides the Old 907,766,312 shares (Old AS - Old OS = 1.5B shares - 592,233,688 shares). In another word, starting from 02/28 the company could dilute up to 9,407,766,312 New shares in order to maximize the OS!
