June 22, 2016, lease agreement between Ecosphere and Galaxy Groves LLC, Dennis McGuire Jr is Owner of Galaxy, in Kennewick, Washington. Why have we not seen or heard anything. Permit was pulled in January 2017 by Galaxy Grove in Benton County, ground was broke in November 2016 by Ecosphere development with William McKay Construction, Pete Grosso there, where we at here
