I did not bother with the conference call. Of concern to me is whether the company can solve it's recent problems with a huge drop off in product sales.

You should have been on the call - in fact I joined late and gave up when question started but in between I got exactly the answer needed for this question and an update on the similar but not as positive situation at VGID.
