Snaggle....what DD have you done. Other then bash. I don't even mind hearing the other side of the story...it kinda keeps it real. However, what positive mention have you ever given. Topsail and I did some DD today that is very interesting and supports the company. I made various calls to find out what could be happening behind the curtains so to speak. I haven't sold a single share. Do you still have all or a part of your shares? If you want to pose ligitimate questions no problem....if you just want to pose drivel and bashing sell your measly 200K shares and go away.

OK Saw, I think I finally figured out what you are after. It is called an AUDIT!! For whatever reason, you think that the members of this board somehow represent an AUDIT committee. What we have been able to piece together is what has been given. There is not one of us here that will satisfy what you are looking for. Period. So as it stands, you just keep trying to shoot holes in the information that has been given. You will not be satisfied with any thing we have to offer--so why don't you shut the hell up!!

Let me give you a little hint: Ownership of this stock isn't investing!. This is a "play". Yes, a Play. If over the next few weeks and months, there comes a posting that says that FGFC has chosen an independant auditor--prepratory to going to the OTCBB. Then an Audit happens, then they go to the OTCBB with Audited financials--you will then and only then have what it is that you are after. They will have satisfied the SEC rules for listing to the OTCBB. They will have validated the material facts of these business transactions with EARNINGS. If they have earnings--they will be accessed the fair value of their stock--the day they post to that board. That is the day that we are all waiting for. That is the "play". If you want to "Play" than stick around and shut the hell up!! If you want to invest--go back to your Microsoft and General Electric Stocks. They all have a name and a face. Leave this board alone. This is a pink sheet stock that right now--no matter how you slice it--is largely worthless. Don't sit here and expect it to act like a bluechip.

FGFC not going anywhere based on it's PR's is not unusual.. PR's do F-All for a stock without someone behind it..i.e. brokers, PR company's, promoters etc... FGFC has none and this is the way they want it right now... it's when you see a stock posted all over the net and daily PR's when you know there is hype going on...usually dilution, and most of the time, scam.. nobody dilutes at the three month low..

We are all in early and have chosen a pink...with that comes unknowingness and therefore stressful times.. name a stock where there isn't stressful times BRK.A ??? ok... everyone has noticed the irregular trading activity with this stock and the bashing and the "apparant" selling pressure... well we are in a buyback and so all of this is not all that unusual.... the company and the insiders and perhaps if so MM's are loading the boat, so are the people who will be doing the promoting..they are keeping the price down... get the shares into safe hands... no offense but all these clowns that pop up and say they have a million shares or whatever will kill the stock when this starts getting taken up to a dollar for the move to the new exchange... look how much selling pressure we have seen at .012, and all the way up and thru the .02's... and also from the people who bought in at .004 to .007...

If your a believer, you'll buy, hoping your hopping on the free ride of the depressed share price as a direct result of the buyback and the MM's influence... You'll buy-in at the price the "big boys" are buying in at and put up with the b.s..... or you may choose the opposite and relentlessly bash and regurgitate pitiful arguments.. if your whining you have too much at risk, ease down a little and if your bashing your either waiting for financials and when they're out the stock will already be at a $1 or you yourself are involved in a much larger scheme to hopefully impact the share price to accumulate.. behnd it all, there is a gain for the basher aswell..

FGFC is doing everything it can with regards to the buyback and Rosenman purchasing shares, etc.. we have been told end of the month... that's in the reducing float and thus in the long-term increasing the share price department...
at the same time they are doing the financial department as we have seen with the million dollar profit we posted the other day, and all the other deals which are in the works.. When both departments are ready , FGFC will go to a PR company and a MM.. THEN AND ONLY THEN will the share price start its increase and it wont even be an increase it'll be a fu*king explosion...

take your pick, it's always easier to be the non-believer.. the first computer was laughed at by people like sawtooth aswell.. it's the 'few' that believe and get up and make sh*t work....

Your absolutely right, and your not in the know right now...that information is for the much larger players in the whole scheme of things at this point in time...when your in the know the PPS will be at $1 and the financials will be out... so be a believer, take a little risk, try to forsee the future... or wait for the financials confirmation and by-in when the stocks at a $1 and then where will you be looking for it to go? But we already know where you stand and nothing anybody says even financials will change you from trying to find another thing to pick at... heck.. it's your job :P
