Huge insider ownership here, from the merger agreement, 90% of the OS @ that time was owned by insiders of the private company that was merged here. Hard 2 say if any of them are 5% owners tho since I couldn't find info on # of shareholders of private company before hand. All dilution will be strictly tied 2 pushing this company forward, no BS.
All patents and tech belong 2 private company that is owned by CEO. He loans money from time 2 time also. I would never tell people 2 buy without doing DD but this one has the story that could run forever imo.
