Can't really say for sure of course... but Tony at one point said there was a couple file cabinets stuffed with old paperwork that needed to be vetted. I'm guessing the high-priced reputable accounting firm wouldn't sign off on any financials after so many years of sloppy paperwork. Just another little white lie that they were complete ... Can't really think of any other reason after so many months.
