I think it's pro-rated as to the number of shares sold but I'm not sure with these high numbers

The commission will only apply to each partial want it, the full 400k commission appply's to the 8.6m total, correct?

Right, I understand about partials. I am confused on the new charge each day. If I'm understanding you correctly on a GTC order placed today if it doesn't sell and you keep it open then you pay a commission fee for today and then when the next trading day comes they whack you for another commission fee and the next day another one, and so on, and so on, until they sell your shares which I think sucks. Essentially they are carrying forward a commission fee each day and that is a bad policy if you ask me.

Something doesn't seem right here....I must be having a brain fart....LOL
