what I am upset about is that as a CEO, when you see there is no money coming in for the company you still must be active, upbeat, and optimistic. A fiduciary duty. He should have been looking for any small energy deal just so he can pr it and keep the ball rolling. What we have is someone who is waiting for money to fall from the sky and totally missing SEC messages.
We are the investors and can maybe help out. Can someone pony up $70K and this shell is theirs? let them sign off whatever debt owed to previous management because they didn't do anything but put it down the hole.
$70K to take over this shell then pump it with a blockchain oil app or something, we will see .20. ROI 5000%
