All part of shareholder meeting and what was voted for.

Raise one point though, probably reason why it’s been quiet as not to increase stock price prior to stockholder approval and registration.

Isn't that just dandy?

Why anyone would invest in a pre-revenue biotech is beyond me. That is one expensive lesson that I've learned and lived to regret.

For all that investment did seemed to feed wealth elsewhere....in someone else's pockets....and for what???

After this lifetime experience, never touching biotech again. I suggest others do the same.

As I stare at my dry powder, I think I'll use it elsewhere for the time being........Geez.
