Someone was probably trying to downplay the impact of $167K worth of stock at discounted rates hitting the market in May. I don't remember what the discount was, but another 10 million shares or so hitting the market shouldn't be a problem....should it?

Of course, if another note issued, and then another.....that could be rough sailing for investors.
