Institutional investors aren’t going to pour money into some penny stock company without verifiable numbers, so they typically wait for two years worth of audited financial statements before considering to invest.
Many did not buy over the past two years because they couldn't. We have a profit sharing plan at my company and it was not allowed to buy an otc pink. We were able to get some after the QB uplist. you know dam well the flippers like you got effed today because of the weather ....HA, HA.. good for you suck it up buttercup!!
