Sounds like SGMD is more involved with BudLife development than i originally thought..and that is great news! And might be a similar situation in MJ Stix development...i emailed Jimmy in Jan concerned if Budlife launch was dependent on Plantation Corp filing S-1:

"The Bizright marketing agreement has been executed and their compensation shares is contingent on the increase of authorize shares. Budlife technology is in the final testing phase, launch of product has nothing do with with their S-1 filing."

With BizRight on board, SGMD might just shoulder initial BudLife 100k units order and avoid need of Plantation's $5m Private Placement???
