Your metaphors all cannot apply except for the possibility of a person running due to the speeds associated with the vehicles you mentioned. In order to effectively patrol an area, the RADbot will not be going 50mph through a parking lot; more than likely, the speed will be in the 5-8mph range in order for the visual data to be accurate (otherwise, the video will like the jump to light speed in 'Star Wars' on the side cameras). At 5-8 mph, there is plenty of time if they used the sensors that a Roomba uses (but i'm pretty sure the RADbot has better sensors). NO impact from a vehicle the size of the RADbot will cause a fatality unless it runs over a cricket, in which case, yes, you're right, the RADbot is deadly and should be listed as an anti-personnel vehicle.
No 3rd party vendor videos exist or will exist in the near future because it's not smart business practice. You don't need to mention it 203 more times; we get it. You want something that does not and will not exist.
