well that may be true but why didn't they use any positive cash flow to pay of the toxic converters. because the converters couldn't sell and convert anymore they would've taken a much lower cash buyout. mmeg was in control then. converters want their money asap. this is why mmeg had to do a RS. i dont think that mmeg had a positive cash flow to pay off these noteholders. i believe we will see some more selling and converting from the toxic converters.
