ONE MORE TIME. The shares are cancelled. The ticker is not. You can trade the ticker all day, just like you can trade Confederate money all day. But if you buy the ARIOQ ticker, there is absolutely nothing of value behind it besides cancelled shares.

Just like the Confederate money, it once had actual value, but no longer does.

ARIOQ common shares have been cancelled through the bankruptcy which was confirmed by a US Bankruptcy Court. If you buy ARIOQ, you don't own anything, including ownership of AmeriResource Technologies. 100% of the company is now owned by the former secured debtor. With the conclusion of the bankruptcy and the cancellation of the old shares, ARIOQ shares are now just a valueless piece of paper.

This is not a difficult concept to understand.

Don’t listen to any of that shares are cancelled and worthless nonsense. Shares are still trading and you can buy and sell, just like you did. If the shares were cancelled, you wouldn’t be able to buy or sell them, that’s pretty much how it works.
