False. No disributions are being made from Elcrest partnership at this time so Starcrest will get nothing. All the revenues are slated to go to pay their massive debt along with the interest on that debt, to pay for operating costs and to pay for the capital costs which include exploration and production expenses of the partnership. Taking gross revenues and somehow attributing those directly to ERHC is not even close to accurate.
No distributions have been announced nor are they imminent. You might want to read Eland's financial statements since Starcrest and ERHC gave up on doing financial statements.
