PTRA has a TTM EPS of -$4.07 and trades at $38.00

ARNA has a TTM EPS of -$2.68 and trades at $42.00

CYDY has a TTM EPS of -$0.13cts and trades at .63cts.

By far the biggest difference between these companies is that two are on the NASDAQ and one not so fortunate. All have multiple products or indications. I'd say our management team stacks up very well against the others-

Here's the way I see it or best guess for R/S - I'll say it's 10 to 1 at .60cts so we cross over at $6.00 - A little difficult to know how many shares outstanding will take the ride due to the the warrants that might be converted. I'll run with 280 million or 28 million when dust settles.

The company needs approximately $30 million in operating capital through end of year. If data & press releases are adequate they should easily sell 5 million shares at $6.00 ( or much higher) - I think by then we'd be attractive enough for a buy-out- For the crowd that wants $1 billion buy-out it comes at $31.00 PPS with 33 million outstanding-

This is very simplified notion of what could occur- If the trial results are robust I see no reason we can't trade in the same range as those mentioned above
