No. Dennis has nothing to do with Con that the Rhinos are attempting to pull with the budget.

According to the budget we're explicitly not allowed to have the concrete walls, only the expansion of the cr*Ptastic fencing that we currently have and the construction of levees would be allowed.

They may have been planning on to have Dennis install the fiber optic technology, but with what the Rhinos are trying to pull it would be impossible to do so.

The rhinos won't even allow Trump to spend 6/100th of the yearly military budget to complete national security infrastructure.
