Anyway with the "Acquisition" LOI announced in October and they've been allegedly negotiating "in earnest" since (IoSafe - Moore vs. IDDR - Moore wearing his Acquisitions cap + the Dutchmen) they've gotta reveal something soon. This dilution/ waiting game is about to run its course one way or another.
