Other than debt, what does Tony have to offer as an inducement for a merger?

1. Depends on who else wants it. They are operating 10 jets so at least $20 million, probably $50 million.
2. Can't imagine why anyone would merge with USGlobal. It's not a real company yet and comes with a ton of baggage (debt, outstanding shares, history, etc.) A lot of people still think of it as Baltia and it's saga has been the joke of the industry for a long time.
3. Songbird had one jet and shut down 13 months ago. Xtra is currently operating 10 jets and is fully staffed.
Anything can happen as you say.....
