Great idea to dump all ERHC shares at .0002 if anyone will buy it at that price. That way a person can establish a huge capital loss which should offset all capital gains for years to come. And even if there are no capital gains to offset, $3000 of that huge loss can be deducted yearly until it is all used up.

And if for some unknown reason anybody wants to buy this stock back, they need only wait 30 days to establish the capital loss and avoid the wash sale rules. Then they will likely be able to purchase twice as many shares of stock as the ERHC share price drops back to .0001 as it always does.

One gets to write off the huge loss and they end up with twice as many shares. Or, perhaps better, don't buy back the ERHC shares ever and forget that ERHC ever existed. Great strategy, isn't it?
