Nothing for obs and ct's

Maybe a settlement for the ct's only with court action.

Maybe creditors will have more money if they could use the nols and lbhi will merge.

Maybe lbhi is death. If there is no money in lbhi. All creditors are satisfied
But if there are solvent subs. Obs have maybe equity interest.
