If you are a Vapor holder, you were supposed to get a total of 1 mil shares...thats spread out over a few hundred holders...de minimus..
but..i wouldnt hold my breath...the shares have to be registered, etc..not happening anytime soon, imho-
yes, buying...anything with a 3 mil, or so float is worth a look/buy
