That is complete nonsense - Sheba hasn't acknowledged they aren't involved in any research with OWCP - Sheba hasn't provided any verification they are doing a safety study with OWCP.
They could do that without breaching any OWCP IP - although all serious investors understand that OWCP doesn't own any IP.
Sheba must be embarrassed about the OWCP share selling scheme - will Sheba dragged into the SEC investigation.
The SEC will certainly be interested in verifying the documents from Sheba.
The OWCP disaster is going to get very interesting.
I bet the SEC will be inundated with information that OWCP used for pumping purposes - such as the much pumped efficacy report that is still not published.
