No... What's beyond belief is that even .007% of TECO investors thinking that Treaty is somehow "winning" when there has been nothing gained in any way. Treaty is actually digging the whole much deeper. There is NO WAY Treaty EVER gets of the Grey Market with the actions and lack of actions taken.
