You do know that Chill has been lifted? You can buy through a broker today, not online. The reason appears to be that they want to make sure you know about the unusual BID/ADK spread and the very unusual Level II. This could change tomorrow. This is a measure to insure informed decisions by their customers. The commission is the same.
