I agree that it was received on the 19th discovered that it was denied by otc on 20t and incorrect pr was immediately retracted; I have repeatedly said it should be easily traceable and I would wager they already know who did it

The letter as posted looks very much as an E-Mail attachment, and not a PDF scan of a paper document.
