they say the best way to ingest is vaping/smoking it because it goes directly into the blood through the lungs. The second best is the oil under the tongue. I agree that the pills would get diluted or stomach acid could change the effect of the cbd. I might try the vape next even though i don't smoke. i tried other products from different company before cannazall and it did not work at all.
