As one notices from p.14 of that 16-page Form ADV, showing "Schedule A," the direct owners are two foundations that Robert Alpert started:
COVENANT RHA PARTNERS, LP
CCW/LAW HOLDINGS, LLC

I looked up CCW earlier today and saw that it is the owner of Globalscape.
