Tenkay - some questions on the Helpcomm conversion. Hope you can help/answer.

How does it work now that BVTK doesn't have enough room remaining to convert?
Would the preferreds be able to convert all and hold and own ~ 20% of BVTK?
(not that they would do that)
Is there a waiting period before they can convert?
