Actually by doing the reverse split he increased the value of HIS preferred stock by 100x. He now owns 99.7% of the equity in the company.

However, the only saving grace for common shareholders is that he would be limited to selling a maximum of 1% of the OS in any given quarter. Right now that would be about 30,000 shares per month. But as the OS rises so will that number.

And Wang is probably a smart guy and knows that the current price of the common stock isn’t going to hold considering the ENTIRE OS at the moment owns only 0.7% of the company.

Nobody serious is going to buy it on the open market when it’s current pps equates to a fully diluted market cap of $3-4 Billion.

That is very likely way over valued...considering such a valuation would support on IPO on a major exchange.
