They didn't just file it. The date of filing is on the page as Nov 4, 2016. Maybe it was just 'assigned' on March 20 and not approved. I don't know the process. Something happened on March 20 and it wasn't just an application filing. It appears to me that this has a patent number and not just a 'publication' number, so it still looks like a granted patent to me.
