I'm pretty sure it boils down to Sam bought a business from Graham, and then didn't pay him.
He said he would if Graham would wait, and wait, and wait, and wait...(and then wait some more...)
Basically, Sam's idea, whatever it was, fell apart, no money was made, and now he's hiding and ducking from the people he told would make a bunch of money if they believed him. (Which is what happens with every 'oppurtunity' he comes up with)
And it's not really HempTech anymore..., now it's Nuvus..., 'cuz thats what all his shareholders are about their money... (ie: nervous)
As an aside, have you looked at the Ethereum tokens for Nuvus lately?
If you haven't you should check them out..., quite interesting.(Don't go to the nuvus.io site, 'cuz that 'may' not be telling you the whole story.)
