Up listing to NASDAQ will give the stock more exposure and credibility, making it more visible and known to more potential investors.

It may not be immediate but trading volume should increase and I would expect the price per share to increase.

I think that investors need to see the results of successful flight tests. I think that will be what really increases the price more than the up list.
