Another possibility is they cancel the meeting and reschedule if they don't have enough votes, modify the proxy and go at it again. Or, the noreaster causes it to be cancelled. Not sure what the protocol is in that event. If they have the meeting, the proxy passes/fails, and they take floor questions, po'd investors could cause quite a ruckus. In any event, the folks who don't believe the bs did their best, as did the defenders, that is with the aid of the proxy squad and a completely useless mgmt team.
