My guess is that, that would be a serious violation of SEC rules to announce that. Someone advised Kisa to take it down. Remember the quiet period?

It was originally posted on the Scotlandyardnews, and taken down shortly after it was shared here, tweeted, etc. We have a few copies of it preserved here on the board from back when, and I always kept a copy myself. ;-)
