I'm just saying he'll loose all current shareholders and pps reputation recovery will take a long time... if he gets his biz (debt and operations) humming along yes eventually he can go that route to success.... but he can also do it without the RS it'll just take a long time with a slow upward climb.... we'll just have to wait and see how long it takes to get out of all this convertible debt
