- The company, itself, states it bought FRFS in order to become a publicly traded company in the US with Nasdaq as its ultimate goal.

- NV SOS filings confirm that FRFS now belongs to Gifa Inc.

- The company says it will begin the business that is associated with its public entity after the completion of its new building, which is now done and doing business.

- Gifa Inc has new CUSIP/ISIN and LEI.

- We are simply awaiting name/ticker change, formal announcement, and filings.
