Agreed, but you are missing my point. It's not up to management to comment on a third party's offer to buy shares. Maybe the board can make a recommendation but most often boards decline to opine on these types of tenders.
Management should provide more updates on the company but the new filings on OTC are a huge step forward from the immediate past of non reporting.
