Even with plaque and tau the bar is set so low. I do think there are better mechanisms or delivery systems that will allow higher doses of those type drugs to target more of the harmful oligomers/molecules in a more efficient way. I don't think its a total waste of money as some suggest. It would essentially be a "better" in class drug because it will never be a "best" in class drug IMO. It will never solve the alzheimer's problem of course. The shame is 100 million could go a heck of a long way here starting additional trials. Maybe we'll get a partner sooner than later.
