Pretty sure Wayne Helge understand these proceeding far better than any of us do. Also pretty sure his experience hold more weight than any assumptions that we might make considering he was rated one of the top 10 PTAB lawyers a couple years ago.
DBJ+G attorneys Wayne M. Helge, Michael R. Casey, Walter D. Davis, Jr., and James T. Wilson were each identified as a top attorney in the PTAB, with Mr. Helge ranking in the top ten attorneys and Mr. Casey in the top 25.
