Each holder of an Allowed General Unsecured Claim shall receive on the Plan Distribution
Date, in satisfaction of its Allowed General Unsecured Claim, Cash in an amount equal to such

Might be able to cram down the general unsecured claims, we will see . . . . Remember the judge gets ultimate say, and the judge already ruled in favor of the Company for the ability to use the NOLs
