I’ve had a number of my largest holdings acquired over the last 10 years. Trius, Cubist, Cynapsus, tigenix and more. In every case there was a clear plan, decent or strong balance sheet, stable or increasing share price , and a string of trial results recognized widely as successful.

If there is an acquisition here it will be quite a bit different than the others. Nevertheless, I now hold a small position once again.
